The Smart Home Platform
Challenge
The client had three separate apps for different product lines, creating confusion among users and driving up maintenance costs. The market needed a unified, device-agnostic platform that could support multiple manufacturers' products under one roof.
Solution
We designed and built an entirely new smart home platform from scratch — one app that replaced all three and created a cohesive experience. The platform is brand-independent and supports devices from multiple manufacturers. We were responsible for everything from system architecture and backend to UX design, industrial design and packaging design.
